During my time at CreativeLive, I grew the post-production team from one to five employees in the San Francisco studio and oversaw logistics. I worked closely with IT to build out editing servers and manage the media intake and archival system. Within six months of joining the company I was able to build a traveling film crew which transformed our post-production team into a creative studio. I left the company in 2015 and I was brought back in 2018 to elevate their processes I had created. My objective in returning was to drive costs down for productions while maintaining the high quality of work associated with CreativeLive. Within a few months I was able to bring costs down by 30% per production.
